Local Delivery Procedures
To schedule a delivery date call 973-247-7200 ext 208 weekdays between 9:30 and 5:00. New Jersey deliveries are available Monday thru Friday. Delivery to New York, CT and some areas of Eastern PA are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weekend deliveries are not available. We deliver between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Our driver will call you from the stop ahead of yours to let you know he is on the way. You will have approximately 1/2 an hour before they arrive. The delivery department can confirm you are on the manifest for the day but cannot give any other time frame other than 7:00 to 7:00. Accomodations for specific times cannot be made. If an emergency situation develops and the truck cannot complete your delivery you will be notified immediately and your delivery rescheduled as soon as possible. An adult over 18 must be available to receive, inspect and sign for the merchandise. Crib and Teen City is not responsible for road, weather or other conditions beyond our control that may cause delays. Drivers cannot, move, rearrange or haul away old furniture. Carton removal is available for a $20.00 reclycling fee. Furniture may be Picked up at our Paterson warehouse monday through friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Cash (exact change) or certified check is required when picking up at the warehouse. You may make a credit card payment at the showroom prior to picking up.

LOCAL Delivery Cancellations
A re-delivery charge of $150 will be assessed if you are not home at the time of delivery or if the delivery is not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date. If you anticipate you will not be available for a portion of the day you must arrange to have someone on call for that time. Any changes in contact information must be made with the delivery department. Once deliveries are sent out they will be assessed the re-delivery charge if they are not completed. Monday Deliveries must be cancelled by 5:00 pm the preceding Thursday. Delivery cancellations must be verbally confirmed by the delivery department. To avoid a re-delivery fee call 973-247-7200 ext 208 between the hours of 9:30am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday to cancel within the required time frame. Do not call the store you purchased the merchandise from only the delivery department can cancel an appointment. Cancellations cannot be processed on Saturday or Sunday.
Payment Options
CODs must be paid by cash, certified check, bank check or money order. Credit card balances must be paid in person at a Crib and Teen City Location five (5) days prior to delivery. WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE. Failure to have the proper payment will result in a re-delivery fee. Personal checks are accepted when placing the original deposit only - merchandise cannot be delivered for two (2) weeks after receipt of payment by personal check. A returned check fee of $50.00 will be assessed in the case of insufficient or uncollected funds. Special orders require a deposit of 50% before they will be processed. Orders placed with all dealers except Munire Furnirure are considered special orders as they are manufactured specifically for you and are not stocked items. Munire Collections may be placed on layaway for up to one year with a deposit of $100. You may change the style or finish on Munire Furniture Only up to the week of delivery without penalty. Please call a week in advance to reserve your delivery date or you may arrange a delivery date at the time of purchase at our showroom. Please remember the date as we do not make reminder calls and a redelivery fee will be assessed if you are not at home to receiver the delivery. deposits or layaway payments may be mailed to: Crib and Teen City 36 Rt 46 West, P.O. Damaged or Defective Items
A return authorization is required for the return of any items. Item's will be repaired or replaced as authorized by the manufacturer. No merchandise should be returned with out authorization. A Description of the Damages must be must be recorded on the freight handlers paperwork. The written description is the final notice of damage. Minor cosmetic blemishing may occur during shipping/handling and can easily be corrected with a touch up kit - this is not considered a manufacturing defect or freight damage. Touch up kits may be requested by contacting our customer service department (973) 247-7200 Ext 206 up to 30 days after delivery. Seller is not responsible for fastness or color variations in fabric, dye lots on wood finishes, or the quality of fabrics not purchased from the seller. Images featured on our web site are not guarantees of finish. Many groups offer a "distressed" "rubbed" or "antique" finish. These finishes are uneven or random in appearance are not a manufacturing or cosmetic defect. Distressing may or may not be visible in the image. Sets which are distressed or lightly distressed will be noted. Returns or Exchanges will not be made on distressed merchandise. If you prefer a consistent finish it is suggested you consider a non-distressed finish.
Warrantee
Manufacturer warrantees cover repair or replacement of the item or part in question. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of each manufacturer and Crib and Teen City must abide by each companies decisions. Delivery is not covered under manufacturers warrantee. Items may be dropped off or picked up at our warehouse or one of our locations. Local Delivery Service is available-minimum $150--which must be paid prior to delivery. Excessive wear and tear, abuse or alteration of products will void the manufacturers warrantee.
Refunds/Exchanges
To obtain a refund or exchange merchandise must be returned in the original carton in the original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. (This does not apply to special order items which cannot be returned). Refunds are available up to seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Exchanges up to thirty (30) days from original purchase date. Delivery to the store or warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. The original freight and/or return freight will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee also applies.

Payments
Orders must be paid in full before they will be scheduled to leave our warehouse. Payment can be made by Visa,MasterCard, certified check or money order. Payment by certified check or money order may be mailed to Crib & Teen City 36 RT 46 West, P.O. Box 197, Pine Brook, NJ 07058.
Orders shipped by common carrier will be carried into the first dry area of your home. Purchaser is responsible to unpack and dispose of the packaging and to assemble items. The trucking company will call for an appointment to make your delivery. Delivery times are determined by the carrier---Crib & Teen City cannot control the time or day of delivery. Once you schedule with the carrier you must be home to accept the delivery or in addition to the original delivery charge the carrier will charge a rescheduling fee of$ 60.00. The minimum delivery charge is $199 and may increase according to the weight of the pieces.
If you have questions regarding assembly our customer service department is available Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Total time of delivery from the day you place your order to the date of receipt in your home can range from 5 to 14 days for items in stock or 4-6 weeks for special order items. *Delivery is limited in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado and Northern Wisconsin.
Damaged or Defective Items-At the time of delivery-You must record any damages on the freight handlers paperwork BEFORE THEY LEAVE. If there is a problem during delivery you can reach customer service at 973-247-7207 between 9am and 8pm eastern time. If you get the message system explain there is a delivery issue and you will get a call back within 5 minutes. The written description recorded on the carriers paperwork is the FINAL notice of damage. You cannot call them or us later to report damage. If there is damage to an item record the problem in detail on the paperwork. Once the carrier leaves- take pictures of the damage and forward to sales@cribteencity.com. Include the day of delivery, the name of the carrier and your name and address. Crib & Teen City will process the claim with the trucking company. Items returned or refused without authorization or determined to be frivolously refused, such as displeasure over location of distressing or minor cosmetic issues, will be assessed a return charge (equal to delivery charge) and a re-delivery charge to bring the order to your home a second time as well as any storage fees that may be incurred by the freight company. Minor cosmetic blemishing may occur during shipping and can be simply corrected by the consumer with a touch up kit. Touch up kits may be requested by contacting our customer service department up to 30 days after delivery. The buyer is responsible to determine if items will fit in the room, through hallways and up stairs. Buyer is responsible for transport back to our warehouse.If the items do not fit once they are delivered to your home there is a restocking fee of 30%. The delivery charge is not refundable and return delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available on stocked items only. A 30% restocking fee will be assesed on returns shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days. Item must be in the original packaging, in its original condition. *Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be brought to or
shipped to our Paterson Warehouse at 183-229 Grand St, Paterson, NJ. 07501. Receiving hours are between 9 and 5.
Special Orders are Non-returnable - Special order items are final sales and will not be refunded.

Replacement parts do not affect structual soundness and are an expediant and economically sound solution to correct defects in manufacturing. Manufacturers warrantee is valid for 1 year and can be accessed on each manufacturers website.Finishes and Fabrics
Seller is not responsible for fastness or color variations in fabric, dye lots on wood finishes. Images featured on our web site are not guarantees of finish. Many groups offer a "distressed" "rubbed" or "antique" finish. These finishes are uneven or random in appearance are not a manufacturing or cosmetic defect. Distressing may or may not be visible in the image. Sets which are distressed or lightly distressed will be noted. Returns or Exchanges will not be made on distressed merchandise. If you prefer a consistent finish it is suggested you consider a non-distressed finish.
Seller Liability
Seller is not responsible for carpets, walls, floors or any other objects in or out of the home during delivery. Please remove any items that may hinder delivery. Remove any items on walls, floors and entryways that may be in the way. Delivery men are not permitted to move or dispose of old furniture or other personal items. The buyer is responsible measure doorways, stairways and entry areas to ensure furniture will fit. Crib and Teen City assumes no responsibility for merchandise that is too large to fit into a room or pass through halls or doorways, is not responsible for non-delivery due to inclement weather or conditions beyond sellers control or expenses including attorney's fees, loss of income, etc incurred by consumer in connection with the enforcement of sellers's rights hereunder. Crib and Teen City strongly recommends purchasing conversion kits with Lifetime Cribs. Manufacturers can discontinue collections or finishes at any time.
